The Gift Registry System allows the bride/groom/gift registry holder to create, edit, and manage their own list, and we have tried to make this part of your special occasion as simple and as professional as possible, both for you and your guests. Your gift list can include whatever you want from our wide range of decorative, home ware and furniture (excluding made to orders).

Register in store or on line:
To create a gift registry list, you first need to register and set up a profile for your event. There are 2 ways of setting up your profile.
Go into a selected store that has a kiosk and use the Gift Registry kiosk to set up your profile - feel free to ask for assistance from a store associate, if you need help. Click here for a list of stores with gift registry kiosks.

When setting up your profile you will create a password and username. You must remember the password and username, so that you can log on to your profile at any given stage. This means that once your profile has been created, you'll be able to manage, edit and check it - in store or on line.
No one else will have access to your profile unless you give them your credentials to access it. We advise that you set up your registry 8-10 weeks prior to your event to ensure availability of items. You can sign up and add items at a later stage, your profile and reference number will be available for you to use at any stage.
NB. It is your responsibility to ensure privacy of your password and personal details when requesting assistance from store associates to sign up for a gift registry.
Selecting your items:
Once you have created a list, you will be able to access it with your password and user name via our website, allowing you to manage your list from your home or office.
Add items using a gift registry kiosk in store
Adding items to your list can be done in one of our selected Gift Registry stores that have the kiosk. After signing up, you will be given a scanner, to scan the items in our store you want to appear on your list. The staff assistant will help you upload your list to the Gift Registry.
NB. The item descriptions may not display immediately once uploaded. Please wait at least 24 hours for the system to update this information on your registry. Should you experience any problems with this, please click here to contact us.
Managing your list:
Once your selected items have been uploaded from the scanner onto the kiosk, your list has been created. By entering your user name and password, you can view and edit your list (online or in store at a kiosk). You will be able to change the item quantities, as well as view a list of items that have been purchased off your registry. Be sure to check that the correct items have been loaded from the scanner to your registry. You can request a print out of this in store.
Sending your list:
Once you have created your list, you have an option to send your list via email to all your friends and family. The invite will inform them of your event, date and venue. Guests will also be able to view your list online or in any of our stores countrywide via the gift registry kiosk or at a till point.
Using the list:
When a guest purchases one of your gifts, they must supply the teller with your registry details so that they can type in your list's reference number and scan the product, before putting the purchase through. This will take the purchased item off your list and display it in your purchase report. Your list will be updated automatically to prevent duplicate gifts being purchased.
Your guests will only be able to view your gift registry and cannot edit your list.
Changing your list:
Third party changes will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure the privacy of your gift registry login details.
Your list will automatically be withdrawn 2 weeks after the day of your special event. After these 2 weeks, guests buying late gifts will not be able to access your list anymore. You, however, as the registry holder will still be able to logon to view your list.
We are a business that has a high product turn over. To avoid disappointment and to minimize the risk of things becoming 'unavailable' while the list is 'live', we suggest you set up your list no more than 8 to 10 weeks before your event.
While every effort is made to ensure availability, we cannot guarantee the availability, of items on the list.
Only unspoilt and undamaged goods that are in their original packaging may be exchanged.
Customers may exchange items within 90 days of purchase.
If the customer does not have a till slip, he or she will need to show their closed list summary of the gift registry when returning the item.
No cash refunds will be given.
The customer may receive a gift voucher or choose a product as a refunded exchange. The gift voucher or product chosen will be valued at the current price of the returned item.
